NBA Player Prop bet Oct 24th | LeBron James

NBA PLAYER PROP – OVER 38.5.5 POINTS+REBOUNDS+ASSISTS – LEBRON JAMES – LAKERS

Tonight we tip off the season with a NBA Player Prop bet on LeBron James. With this being the first game of the season, we know LBJ will dress and play tonight, which may not be the case in any random regular season game. This game has added motivation for LeBron and the Lakers as they were swept by the Nuggets last season in the postseason. As we know, being motivated is not always LeBron’s strength but we are betting on it tonight. James averaged 28.9PPG, 8.3RPG and 6.8APG last season, which means he needs just an ‘average’ game tonight. His career numbers are 27.2PPG, 7.5RPG and 7.3APG which are also enough to grab the cash on this Over wager. Last year in the playoffs LeBron had total points+rebounds+assists of 59, 42, 41 and 47 in the series against Denver. The Nuggets weren’t a great defensive team a year ago and they lost 2 key defenders in Brown and Green so expect a regression on that end of the court, especially early on. Denver was also one of the worst teams in the league a season ago in defending small forwards. LeBron won’t be on a minute’s restriction tonight and should put up big numbers in this season opener. NBA Player prop bet OVER Point+Rebounds+Assists for LeBron James.

ASA Player Prop OVER 23.5 POINTS Kristaps Porzingis – Washington Wizards

Porzingis gets a favorable match up here against a Timberwolves team that allows the 3rd most points in the league to Power Forwards at 23.6PPG. The Unicorn has averaged 25.9PPG in his last ten games and is averaging just under this total for the season at 22.96PPG. Porzingis has scored more than 23.5 points in 5 of his last seven games. In an earlier meeting between these two teams Porzingis had a monster 41-point game.

ASA play on UNDER 221.5 LA Clippers vs Phoenix Suns, 10PM ET

These are two of the slower paced teams in the NBA as the Clippers average 97.3 possession per game which is 5th slowest. The Suns rank 9th slowest at 98 possessions per game. These are also two of the best defenses in the NBA ranking top 10 in defensive efficiency. These two teams have already met twice this season and produced 207 and 206 total points. The O/U’s on those two games were 219.5 and 218.5. Now we get an inflated number of 224 to work with and will bet Under again. Both teams have favored Unders this entire season and historically they’ve stayed below the number in 6 straight and 8 of the last ten meetings. Bet Under

ASA NBA free bet April 15

ASA play on: Atlanta Hawks -2 at Cleveland Cavaliers, Friday, 7:30PM ET

We are going to back the hotter team here and the Hawks. The Cavs were down by 20+ points a few times in their play-in game against the Nets before a late flurry made the final score respectable. Cleveland has struggled against the leagues better teams of late with losses to the Nets (twice), a home loss to Philly, an “L” at Atlanta, and two home loss to Dallas and Chicago. That’s 6 losses in their last ten games against other playoff teams. Atlanta can say the exact opposite as they’ve played extremely well down the stretch of the regular season with an 8-2 SU record in their last ten games. In that ten game stretch they have quality wins over Charlotte, the Nets, Cavs and Warriors. Prior to the All-Star break the Cavs were the 7th best defensive efficiency unit in the NBA allowing 1.097-points per possession. Since the break they rank 24th in the NBA allowing 1.173PPP, which is not a good sign facing a Hawks team that is 3rd in the NBA in offensive efficiency since the Break at 1.201PPP. Atlanta hasn’t been good defensively all season long but in their last five games they rank 11th in the league in DEFF. Based on how these teams are trending we have to back Atlanta minus the short number here.
